Directions for use Shake well before use. Apply 2-4 pumps to clean, dry skin, gently rubbing the gel into the desired area of stubborn grease.
Use 2 to 4 pumps per application on the desired left side of the body and 2 to 4 pumps on the desired right side of the body.
Use 1 to 2 times per day. Do not exceed a total of 16 pumps in a 24-hour period. Apply at least 30 minutes before training to allow time to dry and take effect.
