How long does it take to ship the goods?

Available items are shipped by mail within 24 hours.

What are the shipping costs?

A contribution of 12 CHF is requested once per order.
If the order amount is higher than 100 CHF, the shipping costs will be free of charge.

Where do you deliver?

Deliveries are only made in Switzerland.

What are the payment methods?

We accept the following payment methods:

Do I have to follow certain product guidelines?

The products offered should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Particular attention should be paid to the warnings on the back of the products. Shayn Sàrl declines any responsibility in case of non compliance with the recommendations on each product.

The merchandise received is defective, what should I do?

Check the delivered goods immediately for obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as for transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them. The anomalies can be reported to us by e-mail to the address: shayn.fit@gmail.com

Is there a right of return?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned including perishable goods such as food and dietary supplements. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use.
