Here are 3 ways to make and consume your cream of rice.
- Mix 50 gr of powder (1.5 scoops) with 200ml of hot water to make porridge.
- You can also add 1 dose of whey protein + cream of rice to obtain a cream dessert rich in carbohydrates and protein.
- Mix 50g of cream of rice with a few drops of Flavor Drop in 200ml of hot water.
