Naturally gluten-free, rice is the most easily digestible grain.

The rice cream is a very fine rice flour and pre-cooked in steam to make porridge and cream dessert.

USE AND PREPARATION

Here are 3 ways to make and consume your cream of rice.

  1. Mix 50 gr of powder (1.5 scoops) with 200ml of hot water to make porridge.
  2. You can also add 1 dose of whey protein + cream of rice to obtain a cream dessert rich in carbohydrates and protein. 
  3. Mix 50g of cream of rice with a few drops of Flavor Drop in 200ml of hot water.
  • You can consume the cream of rice, cold or hot or tempered according to your desires.

WHEN CAN YOU USE YOUR CREAM OF RICE?

  • At breakfast
  • In pre-training (30 minutes to 1 hour before training) ultra fast digestion, because already predigested.
  • In post-training, for a quick recharge of rapidly assimilated carbohydrates
  • As a snack between meals
